Royal Embassy are proud to announce
The Singha Beer U.S. Tennis Association
(USTA) $50,000 Tennis Tournament,
and the Thai Festival. The
events will be held October
9th-17th, 2004 at the Ashburn
Village Sports Pavilion in Ashburn,
VA.
The Singha Beer USTA $50,000 Tennis
Tournament is the largest women’s
professional tennis tournament occurring
in Northern Virginia in more than
20 years. The tournament begins
on Sunday,
October 10th and continues
through Sunday,
October 17th. Over
100 up-and-coming tennis stars from
across the globe will compete in
this event. Some players are
ranked as high as 40th in the world.
More than 10,000 spectators are
expected to attend the competition.
Proceeds will benefit several
local charities, including the Girl
Scouts, Friends of Loundon County
Public Schools, Children’s National
Hospital, Loundon County Hospital,
Thai Temples, Loundon County Fire
Department and the Virginia Tennis
Foundation.
